    • 3 CUPS RED CABBAGE
    • JUICE OF 1 LEMON
    • 1 TABLESPOON HONEY
    • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/4 CUP WATER


    Instructions


    1. BRING INGREDIENTS "SLOWLY" TO A BOIL.
    2. COVER AND SIMMER APPROX. 45 MINUTES.
    3. CHILL

    4. MAKES ABOUT 1-1/2 CUPS DRAINED
