    WARM MASHED POTATOES
    1/2 SMALL ONION CHOPPED FINE
    1 TSP. CHOPPED PARSLEY
    PINCH OF MIXED HERBS
    SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE


    MIX ALL OF THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH A SPOON.

    MIX AN EGG IN A SMALL BOWL

    PUT SOME FINE BREAD CRUMBS IN ANOTHER BOWL

    SHAPE POTATO MIXTURE INTO FLAT PATTIES. DIP FIRST IN EGG AND THEN INTO BREAD CRUMBS.

    COOK IN DEEP FRYER UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.

    REMOVE AND DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELLING
