    Pineapple Banana Bread

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 C flour
    • 2 C sugar
    • 1 tea salt
    • 1 tea baking soda
    • 1 tea ground cinnamon
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 1/4 C vegetable oil
    • 2 tea vanilla extract
    • 1-8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
    • 2 C mashed ripe bananas (4-5 med)


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

    2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and vanilla; add pineapple and banans.

    3. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.

    4. Pour into two greased 8x14x2 loaf pans.

    5. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

    6. Cool for 10 min before removing from pans, cool on wire racks.
