    Thank you to our good friends Tony and Royd for this recipe


    List of Ingredients


    • • 1 egg mixed with 200 ml water and 200 ml milk
    • • 25 grams butter
    • • 400 grams wheat flour
    • • 100 grams rye flour or wholemeal (So just under 4 cups of any combination in total)
    • • 2 Tablespoons sugar
    • • 2 Teaspoons of salt
    • • 2 Tablespoons of milk powder
    • • 3 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
    • • 3 Tablespoons bran
    • • 1 Teaspoonful dried yeast
    • • 1 Tablespoon of malt and 1 Tablespoon molasses ( Added last)


    Instructions


    1. Breadmaker setting 2 French Bread or 4 Wholemeal (4 hour cycle)
    2. Remember: Check with your breadmaker instrustions – some want the dry ingredients first, mine wants the water and liquids first.
