    List of Ingredients




    7 cups mashed potatoes
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp salt
    1/2 cup butter
    2cups flour
    1 tbsp sugar

    Recipe



    chill all ingredients, blend the flour and butter as for pasrty. Combine the potatoes with the cream, sugar and salt. Add the flour and butter mixture. handling very carefully, roll very thin. Toast lightly on a cast iron skillet ot lefsa iron
