    1 1 lb box ritz crackers
    1 lg onion chopped
    8 oz mushrooms sliced thin
    1 can chicken broth
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste

    This is my cousins recipe for Ritz cracker stuffing,

    saute mushrooms and onions in canola oil, crush crackers and add the chicken broth, add to crackers, add eggs salt and pepper, pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for one hour until browned..
