Cherry Nut Easter Egg
1 stick melted butter
half cup milk
2 pkgs. regular pudding mix (not instant)
any flavor
1 lb. powdered sugar
chocolate for coating
Boil all of the above for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from
heat, add 1 lb. powdered sugar, mix well. You may add 1 cup peanut
butter or 1 cup coconut or 1 cup nuts or candied fruit. Cool. Shape
into eggs. Then coat with chocolate. You can decorate or roll in
crushed nuts, coconut, or sprinkles. Keep in airtight containers
