    Li'l Smokey Cheese Ball

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups shredded smoked Gouda or smoked Cheddar
    • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
    • 2 or 3 tsp milk
    • 2 Tbsp A-1 Steak Sauce
    • Crushed walnuts, to coat cheese ball
    • .
    • Ritz crackers


    Instructions


    1. Let ingredients sit until they reach room temperature.

    2. Combine all ingredients except walnuts and crackers. Refrigerate until firm.

    3. Form mixture into a ball; roll in crushed walnuts. Return to refrigerator. Serve at room temperature with Ritz crackers.

      Makes 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
