    List of Ingredients

    • 1 pint cider vinegar
    • 2 cups chopped leaves of fresh thyme, sage, rosemary, basil, dill, or lavender


    1. In a medium saucepan, bring the vinegar to a boil and add the chopped leaves. Remove from the heat, pour into a lidded jar and let steep for 2 weeks.

    2. Strain through a coffee filter. Discard leaves.

      Store liquid in a lidded jar.
