List of Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lard
- 2 cups (approx.) cold water
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients and cut in lard. Add water to make a thick dough. Knead well.
- Break off handfuls of dough and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
