Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Drop Biscuits

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups stone-ground flour *
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender until crumbly; add buttermilk and honey, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400º F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.
Yield: 14 biscuits
