Pistachio Bread

- 1 box yellow Golden Butter cake mix
- 1 small box pistachio pudding
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs (beat together before adding)

- -- Sugar Mixture --
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix together the first 4 ingredients, then add in the eggs (using a mixer, if desired). Divide half of the mixture between 2 greased bread pans. Pour half of the sugar mixture over the breads in equal amounts. Pour the remaining batter over each of the breads, in equal amounts. Repeat process, using the remainder of the sugar mixture.
- Bake loaves for 40 to 45 minutes at 350° F. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
This bread freezes well if you want to save a loaf for later.
