Whipped Cream Biscuits

- 1-1/2 cups unsifted flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
- Measure flour, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl. Blend in the whipped cream with a fork until a stiff dough forms. Turn onto a floured board and knead slightly.
- Roll dough out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into rounds with a 2-inch cookie cutter. Place well apart on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a 425-degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Makes 16 biscuits.
