    Whipped Cream Biscuits

    • 1-1/2 cups unsifted flour
    • 3/4 tsp salt
    • 4 tsp baking powder
    • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped


    Instructions


    1. Measure flour, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl. Blend in the whipped cream with a fork until a stiff dough forms. Turn onto a floured board and knead slightly.

    2. Roll dough out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into rounds with a 2-inch cookie cutter. Place well apart on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a 425-degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.

      Makes 16 biscuits.
