    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1-1/2 Tbsp Creole mustard
    • Thin tomato slices
    • Thin red onion slices
    • 1 to 2 Tbsp vinaigrette dressing
    • 1 to 1-1/2 lbs ground beef
    • 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning mixture
    • 4 Monterey Jack cheese slices
    • 4 sesame seed buns, split


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate. In a medium bowl, toss tomatoes and onions in dressing to coat. Cover and reserve.

    2. Form beef into 4- to 8-ounce patties. Season patties on each side with 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning. Grill over medium heat to desired doneness.

    3. Top with 1 slice of cheese and return to grill briefly to melt.

    4. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise-mustard mixture on each half of the buns. Place 2 slices each marinated tomatoes and onions on bottom half of buns; top with grilled burgers to serve.
