List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground pork
- 2 Tbsp red wine
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Brie cheese
- French bread
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ground pork, red wine, garlic and pepper. Add salt to taste.
- Shape meat mixture into 4 patties. Grill over medium-hot coals for about 5 minutes on each side. Before removing from grill, add a wedge of Brie to each burger. Close grill hood; let cheese melt about 1 minute.
- Serve burgers open-faced on grilled French bread.
