Butter: Maitre d'Hotel Butter

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- Salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend the salt and pepper, parsley and lemon juice into the softened butter. Place in a small butter crock and cover and chill. This butter can also be shaped into a roll and wrapped.
When chilled, slice into rounds.
