- ½ cup sweet paprika
- ¼ cup kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
Instructions
- Thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and place the mixture in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.
Makes 1 scant cup.
