â—¦ ¾ cup mayonnaise
â—¦ ½ cup Creole mustard
â—¦ 1 teaspoon minced garlic
â—¦ ¼ cup minced green onion
â—¦ ¼ cup minced celery
â—¦ ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
â—¦ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
â—¦ 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
â—¦ ¼ teaspoon sugar (optional)
â—¦ Salt and black pepper
Recipe
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, green onion, celery, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar (if using), and salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Makes about 1 ½ cups
