â—¦ 3 avocados, peeled and seeded
â—¦ ½ cup finely chopped red onion
â—¦ 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
â—¦ 2 fresh whole tomatoes, chopped
â—¦ 2 cloves garlic, minced
â—¦ 1 teaspoon cumin powder
â—¦ 1 teaspoon hot sauce
â—¦ 1 lime, juiced
â—¦ Kosher salt, to taste
Recipe
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados, onion, and cilantro to form a paste. Add tomatoes, garlic, cumin, hot sauce, and lime juice. Continue to mash thoroughly. Finish with a sprinkle of kosher salt.
