Frosting: Chocolate Frosting

â—¦ 3 ¾ cups confectioners' sugar
â—¦ 1 cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder
â—¦ ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
â—¦ 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
â—¦ About 1 cup heavy cream
Recipe
In a bowl, sift together the confectioners' sugar and cocoa.
Using the mixer on low speed, mix in the butter until it is crumbly. Mix in the vanilla, and then gradually mix in enough of the cream to make a spreadable frosting.
Use immediately.
Makes about 1 ½ cups
