List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, cubed
- 1 (4-oz.) can chopped green chiles
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven, heat oil. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add potatoes.
- Add sausage; cook and stir until potatoes are tender and well browned, about 10 minutes more.
- Stir in chiles and corn; cook until heated through.
