Cashew Noodles

List of Ingredients

- 1.5 liters water
- 4 pkgs Ramen noodles
- .
- -- Stir-Fry --
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 sterile packets tofu, diced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 packets Ramen flavoring powder
- 2 Tbsp Chinese five-spice powder
Instructions
- Boil the water; drop in the noodles, stir well and set aside 10 minutes.
- In a hot wok, fry the other ingredients quickly.
- Drain water off of the noodles and add them to the hot wok; mix. Serve hot. (Save 2 flavor packets for use in another meal.)
