Omelet in a Bag

List of Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp diced ham (optional)
- 1 Tbsp diced peppers (optional)
- 1 Tbsp diced tomatoes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- At camp, set a large pan of water to boil.
- Crack the eggs into a large, sealable plastic bag and add the remaining ingredients. Seal the bag, and then squish it with your fingers so that the contents are well mixed.
- Place the entire bag in the pot of boiling water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. The eggs are done when there is no longer any liquid in the bag. Open the bag and slip the omelet onto a plate.
Makes 1 serving.
