List of Ingredients
- 8 to 12 flour tortillas
- Butter or oil (use 1/2 to 1 Tbsp per tortilla)
- 1 squeeze bottle pizza sauce
- 1 block Mozzarella cheese

- -- Your Choice of Toppings --
- Sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, anchovies, pepperoni or hard salami
Instructions
- Prepare toppings and slice or shred cheese before you start the tortillas cooking.
- In a fry pan, melt the butter or oil (1/2 to 1 tablespoon) over medium heat, then add one tortilla. Warm both sides of the tortilla until it just starts to brown.
- Work quickly in the next steps -- apply sauce, cheese and toppings to half the tortilla, facing up. Leave a border around the edge without toppings. Fold the tortilla over the toppings (selected by each camper), and press the edges together. Flip several times to melt insides and brown the outsides.
