Cranberry Cider Jelly

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups apple cider
- 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 package powdered pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Pour cider, cranberry juice cocktail and lemon juice into a large saucepot. Stir in pectin. Bring to a rolling boil.
- Add sugar and return to a rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute. Remove from heat. Skim foam, if necessary.
- Pour into hot jars and leave 1/4-inch headspace. Process 5 minutes in a boiling-water bath.
Makes 6 half-pints.
