    • 1/2 cup catsup
    • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
    • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
    • 2 tsp creamy horseradish
    • 2 medium shallots, peeled and sliced paper-thin


    Instructions


    1. In a small saucepan, combine the catsup, relish, mustard, horseradish and shallots. Simmer over medium-low heat 5 minutes. Serve hot.

      Makes about 3/4 cup.
