Mustard Seed Mayonnaise

- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup whole-grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
Instructions
- Add the mayonnaise, mustards, vinegar, and brown sugar to a food processor or blender. Purée until smooth. The mayonnaise can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week.
Makes about 3 cups
