    Mustard Seed Mayonnaise

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups mayonnaise
    • 1 cup whole-grain mustard
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. Add the mayonnaise, mustards, vinegar, and brown sugar to a food processor or blender. Purée until smooth. The mayonnaise can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week.

      Makes about 3 cups
