This mustard is designed to clear sinuses and repel mosquitos!
List of Ingredients
Equal parts:
Sugar
Dry mustard
Water
Vinegar
Honey
Recipe
Mix in a double boiler or bowl over hot water, equal parts sugar, dry mustard, and a mixture of water and vinegar (vinegar to taste, but not too much). When sugar is dissolved and the mixture is creamy, add honey to taste. Keep tasting tiny bits of the mixture until you like the result. Age overnight.
Warm slightly to serve, as mustard will thicken. Will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator. Thin with hot water as needed.
Serve with ham, pork chops, or any meat deserving a good mustard. Use sparingly, as it can bite.
