    Pistol-Packin' Pepper Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8-ounce) jar hot peppers
    • 4 ounces garlic
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup parsley flakes
    • Soy sauce to taste
    • Knorr All-Purpose Seasoning to taste


    Instructions


    1. Strain hot peppers and reserve juice. Remove stalks and mince peppers. Mince the garlic and mix with peppers. Add sugar, parsley flakes, and as much of the reserved pepper juice as needed to obtain a pulpy consistency. Season with soy sauce and all-purpose seasoning. Use to season food and add "zip."

      Makes about 14 ounces.
