List of Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
- Cream butter and add sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients in order. Shape into balls and place on cookie sheets.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 dozen.

NOTE: (I usually bake one tester cookie to make sure I have added enough flour. You may need to adjust your recipe for flour depending on elevation -- more for higher and less for lower.)
