Rancher David's One-Pot Dinner

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 1-lb., 15-oz. cans pork & beans
- 1 (16-oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16-oz.) can butter limas, drained
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain off excess drippings. Place beef in a crockpot.
- Brown bacon and onions; drain. Add bacon, onions, and remaining ingredients to the pot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
Serve with a salad and French bread.
Makes 6 servings.
