Slow-Cooker Nachos

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1-pound package shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (14½-ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 3 to 4 jalapeño peppers, chopped
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except chips) in a slow cooker, stirring to combine. Cook on High for 1 hour; reduce heat to Low for 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
