Sunday Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 soup can of white wine
- 1 (10-3/4-oz.) can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 3 strips bacon, cooked and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 (2-oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (bite-sized)
- 1 Tbsp capers, or more to taste, rinsed and drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown chicken breast lightly in butter and place in slow cooker. Whisk wine into soup and pour over chicken. Add bacon, diced artichokes and capers.
- Cover and cook 6 hours on LOW, or 4 hours on HIGH. Serve over buttered noodles or rice with salt and pepper.
