Bailey's & Cream

Recipe Introduction
"I always need a dessert in my repertoire that requires no cooking but is still really special. We spent a wonderful 'day at the office' testing numerous combinations of creamy ice cream, icy sorbets, and sweet liqueurs, and this won hands down."
List of Ingredients
◦ 4 scoops good vanilla ice cream, such as Hagen-Dazs
◦ 4 scoops good coffee sorbet, such as Talenti Cold Brew Coffee Sorbetto
◦ Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
◦ Toasted chopped pecans
Recipe
Soften the ice cream and sorbet in a microwave until it's scoopable but not melted. Place one large scoop of vanilla ice cream and one or two large scoops of coffee sorbet in each bowl. Pour on the Bailey's Irish Cream and sprinkle each dessert with toasted pecans. Serve immediately.
Serves 3 to 4
❧ Note: If you can't find coffee sorbet, you can substitute coffee ice cream, but you won't get the same contrast in textures that you'll have with ice cream and sorbet together.
