Blueberry Cobbler with Strawberry Ice Cream

List of Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- 1-1/3 cups whole milk
- 6 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 tsp orange zest
- .
- Strawberry ice cream
- Garnish: sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Pour melted butter into a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cardamom. Add milk, whisking until smooth. Pour over melted butter. Top evenly with blueberries; sprinkle evenly with orange zest.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes. Serve with strawberry ice cream; garnish with sliced strawberries.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
