List of Ingredients
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp orange-flavored liqueur (or 1/2 tsp grated orange peel)
- 1/3 cup frozen whipped topping (thawed)
- 1/2 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Instructions
- Reserve 5 berries for garnish. Mix remaining berries, the sugar, and the liqueur. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, for 2 hours.
- Just before serving, quickly mix whipped topping and ice cream. Fold into berry mixture. Garnish with reserved berries.
Yield: 5 servings
