Sauce: Double Decadent Hot Fudge Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup malted milk powder
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Combine the sugar, cocoa powder, malted milk powder, whipping cream and corn syrup in a heavy saucepan. Stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, 4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.
- Serve the sauce warm over ice cream. The sauce can be refrigerated, then reheated gently over low heat in the top of a double boiler or in a microwave oven.
Makes about 2 cups.
