Bananas and Cream

- 4 firm bananas
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp light rum
- 1 Tbsp banana liqueur
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Slice bananas lengthwise and place them in a baking dish. Dot them with butter.
- Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the bananas with the brown sugar mixture. Add rum and banana liqueur.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees (F). Serve bananas and pan sauce in individual bowls. Pour cream over each serving.
