    Palisade Peaches and Cream

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
    • Two 8-ounce pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup frozen raspberries with sugar, thawed
    • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 cup liquid (see instructions)
    • 2 Palisade peaches or enough for 1-1/2 cups peeled and chopped


    Instructions


    1. Whip cream with sugar; set aside.

    2. Whip together powdered sugar and cream cheese; fold in whipped cream. Spoon or pipe into single-serving dishes. Set in refrigerator for 2 hours.

    3. Strain and press raspberries through a sieve for juice; add water to make liquid equal to 1 cup, place in small saucepan, stir in cornstarch, and cook until thick. Cool.

      Place chopped peaches on top of the cream cheese mixture and drizzle raspberry sauce over all.

      Serves 8
