Roasted Strawberries

List of Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp orange liqueur (or orange juice)
Instructions
- Hull the strawberries. Preheat oven to 450 degrees (F).
- In an ovenproof skillet just large enough to hold the berries in one layer, melt 1 tablespoon butter in oven, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove skillet from oven and stir in sugar. Add berries, tossing to coat, and spread in single layer. Roast, stirring once or twice, until berries begin to soften and sugar melts, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from oven, add orange liqueur and gently roll berries to coat.
