Strawberries with Cocoa Cream

List of Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups superfine granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 to 3 tsp granulated sugar (if desired)
Instructions
- Whisk together the superfine sugar and the cocoa powder.
- Combine the cocoa mixture with the vanilla and the whipping cream, and beat until firm peaks form.
- To serve, spoon a portion of the berries (slightly sweetened with the 2 to 3 teaspoons of granulated sugar, if desired) on top of the cream, then spoon or pipe additional cocoa cream on top.
Makes 4 servings.
