Strawberries with Cream and Sugar Dip

List of Ingredients
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup light sour cream
- Optional: 1 Tbsp Grand Marnier
- 1 quart strawberries
- 1/3 cup turbinado sugar (see note)
Instructions
- With an electric beater, beat the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Beat in the sour cream and Grand Marnier, if using. Transfer to a small bowl.
- Serve the berries with bowls of the cream and sugar for dipping.
Makes 4 servings.

NOTE: Turbinado sugar is raw, natural cane sugar, blond in color with large crystals. Either light or dark brown sugar can be substituted in this recipe.
