Lavender Soap Balls

List of Ingredients
- Two 4-ounce bars Castile soap
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 Tbsp dried lavender buds
- 4 drops lavender oil
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Shred the two bars of Castile soap with a grater and set aside. In a small saucepan, boil the water. Remove from heat, and add the lavender buds. Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
- Reheat the water and lavender mixture and add the lavender oil. Slowly pour in the shredded soap. Let cool.
- For a particular color, add a couple drops of food coloring and blend. With your hands, knead the soap and form into balls. Let the soap balls dry on waxed paper for 2 to 5 days.
Makes approximately 5 to 6 two-inch soap balls.
