Christmas: Baked Ham with Chutney-Dijon Glaze

- 1 (7-lb.) fully cooked, spiral-cut smoked ham
- 3 medium cloves garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup fruit chutney
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- Finely grated zest of 1 orange
- 3 Tbsp fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Place the ham on a large piece of foil and set in a roasting pan.
- Put the garlic into a food processor and mince finely. Add chutney, mustard, brown sugar, orange zest and juice. Process until smooth. Pour the glaze over the ham and between the slices a bit. Fold the foil up around the sides of the ham but leave the top exposed.
- Bake about 45 minutes, or until heated through. Serve hot or at room temperature.
Makes 18 to 21 servings.
