Source of Recipe
From "The Cozy Christmas Movie Cookbook"
Recipe Introduction
"If you're hanging out under the mistletoe, waiting for an old flame to join you, the Mistletoe Fizz is the drink for you. As bartender Kenny says, 'Drink one and you'll kiss the one you love.' Sometimes fate needs a helping hand (or twelve), so take a deep breath and share this joyful drink with that special someone."
List of Ingredients
Rosemary Syrup:
◦  ¼ cup fresh rosemary leaves
◦  1 cup water
◦  1 cup granulated sugar
Mistletoe Fizz:
◦  4 ounces gin
◦  2 ounces cranberry syrup
◦  1 ounce Rosemary Syrup
◦  Prosecco, to fill
◦  6 fresh cranberries, for serving
◦  2 sprigs rosemary, for serving
Recipe
For the Syrup:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. Continue cooking until the sugar dissolves, then let the mixture simmer for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup steep for 30 minutes before straining it. Keep the syrup refrigerated in an airtight container.
For the Mistletoe Fizz:
Add the gin, cranberry juice, and Rosemary Syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake it and strain the mixture into two ice-filled glasses.
Fill the rest of each glass with Prosecco. Top both drinks off with fresh cranberries skewered on a sprig of rosemary.
