Christmas: Spiced Fruit Cider

List of Ingredients
- 6 cups apple cider
- 4 cups pomegranate juice
- 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 whole cinnamon sticks
- 2 Tbsp whole cloves
- 2 Tbsp whole allspice
- 4 pieces candied ginger
- Garnish: cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven over medium heat, combine apple cider, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice and ginger. Simmer, uncovered, for one hour; remove spices. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
Makes about 2½ quarts.
