Easter: Stuffed Eggs

- 6 large hard-cooked eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- Paprika
- 6 pimiento-stuffed olives, halved
Instructions
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise. Add relish and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
- Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika, and top each with an olive half.
Makes 6 servings.
