    Halloween: Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
    • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tsp salt


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350º F.

    2. Rinse seeds well in cold water to remove any pumpkin fiber; pat dry. In a large bowl, toss the seeds with the oil and salt.

    3. Spread seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until crisp and golden. Shake pan occasionally.

      Makes 2 cups.
