List of Ingredients



• 1-1/2 gallons milk
  
• 4 cans condensed milk
  
• 1 dozen egg yolks, beaten (reserve whites)
  
• 2 bags marshmallows
  
• Rum, brandy, or other spirits, if desired
  
• Nutmeg
  






Instructions



1. Pour milk into a pan; warm over low heat (don't get it too hot). When milk is warm, add the condensed milk, egg yolks, marshmallows, and liquor, if desired (add sugar, if it's not sweet enough); stir and heat. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites vigorously; add them to the mixture last. Remove from heat; stir in nutmeg. Enjoy!
   
   This serves a crowd.
