- 1 (6-ounce) package raspberry-flavored gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- ¾ cup whipping cream

- Fresh raspberries (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in the cold water, ½ cup chocolate syrup, and whipping cream. Stir well to combine. Cover and chill about 1 hour, or until cool, but not set.
- Pour mixture into a 1- to 2-quart electric ice cream maker; freeze gelatin mixture according to manufacturer's instructions. Ripen, if desired.
- Top each serving with remaining ½ cup chocolate syrup. Serve with fresh raspberries.
Makes 8 servings.
